A full body massage treatment using Swedish, Cross Fiber Friction, Myofascial Release, Cupping and  Gua Sha to create a massage experience designed specifically for you. This treatment eases away stress and fatigue, increases circulation, flushes toxins and reduces pain and tension for the entire body.

Signature Session

90 minutes-$160

Integrating my Native American Spirituality with my Bodywork is what I love to do. This session is an intuitive Spirit-lead session and last between 75 to 90 minutes.

We begin by creating a safe and sacred space for an energy shift to happen. Using the Medicine Wheel and smudging to help ground our energy, we will begin with a deeply relaxing massage addressing the areas that you have requested. During this time, a range of modalities may be used, such as Energy Medicine, Reiki, Deep Tissue, or Chakra work. We will complete the session with sound healing using my drum, the heartbeat of Mother Earth. You will have a few minutes to bring your awareness back to the present and  if you feel called to, do some journaling before you leave.

Injury Rehabilitation and Motor Vehicle Accidents/ Workman's Comp.

If you suffer from injuries stemming from either a work or an auto-related accident, you may qualify for free massage treatment through your insurance. Your primary care physician can write a prescription for massage (include diagnostic code / number of treatments).

A combination of many modalities may be used, including but not limited to: Deep Tissue, Myofascial work, cupping, Gua Sha and Trigger Point Therapies. This appointment type is best suited for those who would like to work on recovering from their injuries.

Pregnancy & Postnatal Massage

60 minutes—$105 / 90 minutes—$145

Massage therapy is extremely effective for the discomforts of pregnant and postnatal women. It has been shown to reduce swelling, increase elasticity and range of motion of muscles and joints, and stimulate circulation to both mother and baby. It is a wonderful way to prepare the body for birthing, as well as assisting in body adjustments after the baby arrives. I have a pregnancy pillow! This means that all of you lovely mamas can lay on your tummies☺.

Let the chair and therapist come to you! Chair massage is available for offices and special events. A chair massage is an ideal solution for the individual with limited time, a preference to remain clothed or to avoid lotions and oils. The massage chair offers great access to the back, neck, and arms and is a quick way to relax, refresh, refocus and de-stress your day.
